Market Outlook

Do this

Look for an event on today. If there is one, note the time it drops.

Why it matters. These reports move every stock at the same moment. Trading through one without knowing is how new traders get run over.

A stock opening far above or below yesterday’s close — usually on news.
Earnings
A company’s quarterly results. Stocks often move violently right after.

Do this

Read the top of the board. Each row names the trigger, the target, and the point where the idea is wrong.

Why it matters. Day trading needs movement. This is the list of names most likely to give you some today.

Invalidation
The price that proves your idea wrong. Decide it before you enter, not after.

Why it matters. Talk is cheap. This shows you where real money is being committed right now.

Order flow
The live stream of trades hitting the market. It shows intent, not opinion.
Unusual volume
Far more trading than normal for that stock. Something is happening.

Stocks where the daily, weekly and monthly charts all point the same direction.

Do this

Check whether your watchlist names show up here, and on which side — bullish or bearish.

Why it matters. When all three timeframes agree, you are looking at a real trend instead of one day of noise.

A price that acts like a ceiling or a floor. Moves tend to slow down into one.
Stop
The exit price you set in advance to cap a loss. Non-negotiable.
