Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services, and at least the minimum legal age to view sports-wagering information where you are located. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share, resell, or provide access to your account, entitlements, or any paid content with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are shared, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

MoonPro is a hub of market-research and analytics tools that may include, among others: options positioning and gamma/dealer maps, market scanners and alerts, economic-event and pre-market briefings, sector-rotation and relative-strength visualizations, ticker research (quotes, charts, news, and analyst data), custom charting indicators, and community discussion channels. Certain features link to or embed independently operated properties, including our sports information site and third-party platforms.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Features described as “coming soon,” beta, or preview may change or may never be released.

Your use of the Services does not create any advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, or professional-client relationship between you and MoonPro. We do not know your individual financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance, and we do not provide personalized recommendations. All content is general in nature and provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Markets — and options and other derivatives in particular — carry a high degree of risk and are not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your capital, and losses can exceed your initial investment when using leverage or options strategies. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

• No advice or solicitation. Nothing on the Services is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, or other instrument.
• No performance guarantee. Hypothetical, backtested, or past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Signals, scores, maps, and “setups” are analytical tools, not predictions.
• Third-party data. Quotes, charts, options data, news, ratings, and similar content are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not warrant any market data and are not liable for reliance on it.
• Consult a professional. Consult a licensed financial adviser and consider your own circumstances before acting on any information from the Services.

Certain Services provide sports statistics, modeling, and informational picks or analysis. This content is for entertainment and informational purposes only. MoonPro is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not facilitate gambling.

• You are solely responsible for determining whether sports wagering is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws and age restrictions.
• No outcome is guaranteed. Sports betting involves risk of financial loss, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.
• If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available (in the U.S., call or text 1-800-GAMBLER). Please play responsibly.
• Some sports content may include sponsored offers or affiliate links to third-party operators. See Section 8.

Paid tiers are offered on a recurring subscription basis and are processed through our third-party commerce and membership providers. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel.

• Renewal & cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the provider’s billing portal or your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices or plan contents on a prospective basis. Changes apply at your next renewal after reasonable notice.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial periods are not prorated. Any trial or promotional terms are as stated at sign-up.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and entitlements.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and their content for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell, publish, stream, or share alerts, signals, data, indicators, reports, or other content outside your personal use;
• scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Services, or circumvent access, entitlement, or rate-limiting controls;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source or logic of our tools or indicators;
• resell, sublicense, or provide access to paid features to non-subscribers, or use one account for multiple people;
• introduce malware, interfere with the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account; or
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party’s rights.

The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms — including our membership/commerce provider, community platform, charting platform, data vendors, hosting providers, and, for sports content, sportsbooks and affiliate partners. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or any transaction between you and them. Some links may be sponsored or generate a commission for us at no additional cost to you.

If you participate in our Discord or other community channels, you agree to follow the posted community rules and to treat other members respectfully. We may remove content and remove or ban members for conduct we deem harmful, abusive, unlawful, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate, at our discretion.

The Services and all associated content, software, indicators, models, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the “MoonPro” name and marks are owned by MoonPro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 7, no rights are granted to you. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display such content as needed to operate the Services.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA, SIGNAL, OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONPRO AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING OR WAGERING LOSSES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MOONPRO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoonPro and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license ends and provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4–13 and 15) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in [Your County/State], and you and MoonPro waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
