• Account information. When you register or sign in, we collect your email address and, depending on your sign-in method, a username and a provider account identifier (for example, from Discord, Google, or our membership provider). We do not receive your third-party passwords.
• Membership & entitlement data. To grant the correct access tier, we process your subscription status and, where applicable, community role/membership information from our commerce and community providers.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by our third-party payment and membership processors. We do not collect or store your full card number or banking details; we may receive limited transaction metadata (such as plan, status, and the last four digits or a token) to manage your subscription.
• Usage & device data. We automatically collect standard log and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps, to operate and secure the Services.
• Cookies & similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and basic analytics. See Section 5.
• Communications. If you contact us (for example, by email), we retain your messages and contact details to respond and keep records.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, maintain, and secure the Services and your account;
• authenticate you and determine your subscription tier and access rights;
• process subscriptions, renewals, and related billing through our providers;
• respond to your inquiries and provide support;
• monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
• analyze and improve the performance and content of the Services; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. With vendors that operate the Services on our behalf — including authentication and database hosting, membership/commerce and payment processing, community hosting, application hosting, and market/data vendors — who may process your information only to provide their services to us.
• At your direction. When you connect a third-party account (such as Discord, Google, or our membership provider) or follow links to third-party platforms, information is shared as needed to complete that action, subject to those parties’ own policies.
• Legal & safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of MoonPro, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this Policy.

The Services integrate with and link to third parties that maintain their own privacy practices, including our membership/commerce provider, community platform, authentication providers, hosting providers, charting platform, market-data vendors, and, for sports content, third-party operators and affiliates. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Services, and we may use limited analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may impair sign-in and other functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
